    Direct communication with North American buyers helped us further optimize products that meet local regulations and user habits.
  • March – Chaozhou Intelligent Toilet Exhibition
    As one of China’s key smart toilet industry exhibitions, this event allowed us to exchange insights with industry peers and component suppliers.
  • April & October – Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair)
    Two sessions of the Canton Fair enabled us to meet long-term partners as well as new buyers from Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia.
  • May – Shanghai KBC (Kitchen & Bath China)
    KBC remains one of the most important professional exhibitions for bathroom products, especially for buyers focused on design trends and complete bathroom solutions.

These exhibitions were not about exposure alone. They helped us clearly understand:

  • Market differences between regions
  • Practical installation feedback
  • Functional priorities for different customer segments

2. Product Development

Based on market feedback and customer requests, product development was another major focus this year.

We continue to supply smart WCs with cUPC certification, supporting customers who focus on the U.S. and Canadian markets. Compliance, safety, and stable performance remain the foundation for these products.

2.2 New Smart WC Models for the European Market

In addition to North America, we have developed new smart WC models suitable for European markets, with adjustments in:

  • Design proportions
  • Installation compatibility
  • User preference for functions and appearance

This allows our partners to serve different regions without relying on a single product structure.


2.3 Smart Toilet Seats for Global Markets

To better support distributors and project clients worldwide, we have also expanded our smart toilet seats product lines, with electric series as well as non-electric serie.

For many customers, smart toilet seats offer:

3. Factory Relocation and Testing Capability Upgrade

Another important milestone this year was our relocation to a new manufacturing base together with our mother company Cleanman Sanitary Ware.

By moving into Cleanman’s production facility, we achieved several practical upgrades that directly benefit our customers:

  • More standardized production environment
  • Better integration of ceramic, assembly, and testing processes
  • More advanced testing equipment, especially for functional and safety inspection
  • Improved consistency and reliability for mass production
